Privacy Policy for VoltGrid: Neon Circuit Puzzle

VoltGrid (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) is developed as an ad-supported and in-app purchase enabled mobile game. This service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.

1. Local Data Storage
All player progress, including unlocked levels, accumulated energy cores, daily challenge streaks, theme selections, and audio preferences, is stored locally on your device via Android SharedPreferences. We do not maintain user accounts or store personal identification data on external servers.

2. Third-Party Services & Advertising
VoltGrid integrates Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display rewarded and interstitial advertisements. To provide relevant advertising, combat fraud, and measure campaign effectiveness, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect:

Device Identifiers: Resettable Android Advertising ID (AAID).
Location: Coarse / approximate geographic location derived from IP address.
App Activity: Interaction events with displayed advertisements.
Diagnostics: Crash reports and performance metrics.
All data transmitted by third-party SDKs is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols. For details on Google’s privacy practices, refer to: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

3. In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing)
Financial transactions for digital items (such as Remove Ads and Energy Core bundles) are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. VoltGrid does not process or retain payment details, credit card numbers, or billing addresses.

4. User Consent & Opt-Out
EEA, UK, and Swiss Users: An interactive consent dialogue powered by Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) is presented upon launch. You can update or revoke your consent at any time via the “Ad Privacy” button in the in-game Settings menu.
Personalized Ad Opt-Out: You can reset or delete your Android Advertising ID at any time in your Android OS settings under Settings -> Google -> All services -> Ads.
5. Children’s Privacy
VoltGrid does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
